When merchants install our App, we collect:

• Store information: Shop domain, store name, and email address (provided by Shopify during installation).
• Product data: Product titles and images from your Shopify store catalog (read-only access).
• Subscription data: Billing plan selection and usage counts.

When customers use the virtual try-on feature, we process:

• Uploaded photos: Customer-uploaded images are sent to our AI processing service to generate try-on results. These images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
• Generated images: Try-on result images are temporarily stored for the duration of the browsing session.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the virtual try-on functionality.
• To process and manage merchant subscriptions.
• To track usage for billing purposes.
• To improve our AI models and service quality.

3. Third-Party Services

We use FASHN.ai as our AI processing provider to generate virtual try-on images. Customer photos are sent to FASHN.ai's API for processing. Please refer to FASHN.ai's privacy policy for information about how they handle data.

4. Data Retention

• Customer photos: Processed in real-time and not permanently stored. Temporary processing data is deleted within 24 hours.
• Try-on results: Stored temporarily during the browsing session and deleted after.
• Merchant data: Retained while the App is installed. Upon uninstallation, merchant data is deleted within 30 days.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except:

• With FASHN.ai for AI image processing (as described above).
• When required by law or legal process.
• To protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. GDPR Compliance

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Merchants and their customers have the right to:

• Request access to their personal data.
• Request deletion of their personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Object to processing of their data.

We respond to all Shopify-mandated data requests (customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction) through our webhook endpoints.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure API authentication, and access controls.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify merchants of any material changes through the App or via email.
